The MCT Summit Dublin 2027 team is looking for a name for our official mascot, an Irish sheep who'll represent the Microsoft Trainer community throughout the event. Submit your best idea and you could win a free conference pass.

Contest period
Opens: 1 October 2026
Closes: 31 October 2026
Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
Eligibility
- Open to all members of the global Microsoft training and learning community.
- Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
- Organising committee members and judging panel members may submit suggestions but are not eligible to receive prizes.
- No purchase is necessary to enter.
How to enter
Use the entry form below to submit:
- Your proposed mascot name.
- A short explanation (maximum 100 words) describing why the name is a good fit.
- Your name and contact email address.
Each participant may submit up to three entries. Simply fill out the form again for another idea.
Judging criteria
Entries will be evaluated by the MCT Summit Dublin 2027 organising committee based on:

| Memorability and ease of pronunciation | 10% |
The judges' decision is final.
Prize
The winner will receive:
- One complimentary full conference pass to MCT Summit Dublin 2027.
- Recognition on the MCT Summit website and social media channels.
- Permanent recognition as the creator of the official mascot name.
No cash alternative will be offered.
Selection of winner
- The organising committee will select a shortlist of finalists.
- The committee may choose to put shortlisted names to a community vote.
- If multiple participants submit the winning name, the earliest valid submission will be considered the winner.
Intellectual property
By entering the contest:
- Participants grant MCT Summit Dublin 2027 the unrestricted right to use, modify, publish, and promote submitted names.
- The winning name becomes the property of MCT Summit Dublin 2027 for all event and promotional purposes.
- No additional compensation will be provided beyond the stated prize.
General conditions
- The organisers reserve the right to disqualify inappropriate, offensive, or duplicate submissions.
- The organisers reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest if necessary.
- Participation constitutes acceptance of these rules.

Contact details will be used solely for administering the contest and contacting winners. Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
